The Senior Center City, within the cultural programming of the center, has launched several trips to different regions and outside Spain, among them those for Cantabria, Gibraltar and Fatima.
Older people will enjoy, for an amount of 249 euros, a cultural trip to Cantabria to be held from 13 to 17 September.
Specifically, participants in the tour will visit the Park Cabarceno, Suances, Picos de Europa, Potes, gorge of La Hermida, Fuente Dé, the Monastery of Santo Toribio, Santander, the beach of El Sardinero, the Palace of La Magdalena, Comillas, Santillana del Mar, Villa Archbishop and the whim of Gaudí, among other places.
Those interested in this trip should be reported in the Senior Municipal Center located in the Plaza de la Balsa Vieja.
The Centre has also planned two more trips, one to Gibraltar, to be held from 4 to 7 October, and another to the Portuguese town of Fatima, from 24 to 29 October.
On the other hand, the Social Welfare Department reports that continue each Thursday, travel to La Manga (Cala del Pino), so any senior interested in enjoying a summer day at the beach can do so by a price of five euros after enrolling in the Senior Municipal Center.
