The City of Totana celebrates Thursday, at 20:00 hours, an extraordinary plenary session to approve the Adjustment Plan necessary to formalize loans from the Ordinance Fund due to outstanding debts with the State Tax Agency and payment to suppliers , which are currently being offset by withholding of participation in State Taxes.
