The Department of Sports of the City of Totana summoned for the 2017/2018 season the Football League, which from this new season will be renamed "Enrique Ambit Palacios", in compliance with a plenary agreement of November 2016;
and that will begin on Saturday October 7.
The Councilor for Sports, Isabel Maria Molino, and the president of the Football Club of Companies, Sergio García, have presented this competition, whose matches will be played on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings, in the fields of artificial turf of the Ciudad Deportiva "Valverde Reina" and the Sports Complex "Valle del Guadalentín" of El Paretón, respectively.
This initiative to give, since this year, the name of this activity to Enrique Ambit Palacios is in recognition of its work during more than forty years in this Football League, being also one of the founders of this competition.
The competition, as usual, will be played as a league, all against all, and double round, establishing a maximum of 16 teams.
In addition, once it is completed, the Cup will begin, where the eight best teams will participate, all of which will be eliminated directly, and the confrontations will be configured by drawing lots.
In the same way, they will have trophy the first three classified teams of the League, as well as the goalkeeper less thrashing, the top scorer and the sporting equipment.
In addition there will be cash prizes of 300 euros (1st place), 200 euros (2nd place), 100 euros (3rd place) and 200 euros for the more sportive team.
In the Cup there will be trophies for the champion, runner-up and semifinalists.
As explained by the mayor of Sports, the registration period will be until next September 29, having to pay the team a registration fee of 100 euros and a bail fee of 150 euros.
Also, each player will pay a fee of 30 euros;
and all this must be entered in the account number of the Club Futbol Empresas de Totana (Cajamar La Glorieta 30580262472720026715).
The teams must deliver the necessary documentation duly completed in the offices of the Department of Sports (Sports Pavilion Manolo Ibáñez), along with the receipt of the corresponding payments.
At the end of the registration deadline, a meeting will be held with representatives of all participating teams on Monday, 2 October at 9 pm in the meeting room of the "Manolo Ibáñez" Sports Pavilion to give an account of the details of the competition for this new season.
To process the card of the players, it is necessary an updated photo in color and photocopy of the DNI / Passport;
and only the delegates of the team will be able to process players' cards (the previous season cards are valid).
According to explained, the participating teams must have registered a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 players, as long as they are 16 years old;
and each team can have a maximum of 3 federated players in football or futsal, which can not be modified throughout the season.
