The Department of Youth has recently awarded the prizes of the XIV Drawing Contest on the Rights of the Child in which students from different schools in Totana participated and consisted of vouchers for the acquisition of school supplies.
The contest, promoted by this municipal department, was aimed at students of 4th and 5th Primary Education of the different schools of the municipality.
The mayor, Juan José Cánovas, and the councilman of the branch, Inmaculada Blázquez, presented the prizes to the winners during an event that took place in the municipal plenary hall coinciding with the celebration of the International Day of the Rights of the Child, The 24 of November.
The winners were Omaima Boujemaoui (5th Elementary Education, CEIP "San José", 50 €), Maria Nevado López (4th Elementary Education, CEIP "Santiago", 50 €), Anabel Crespo Conesa (5th Elementary Education CEIP " Guadalentín ", 50 €), María José Cayuela Hernández (5 th Primary Education, CEIP" La Cruz ", 30 €), Rosario Rios Sánchez (5 th Primary Education, CEIP" Deitania ", 30 €) and Marianne García Balseca ° Primary Education. School "La Milagrosa", 30 €).
