The Council of Contracting of the City of Totana reports that the deadline to submit offers in relation to the contract to operate the bar-cafeteria service in the municipal park "Marcos Ortiz" ends on 9 December.
The tender notice has been published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) on 23 November, so that the documentation can be submitted until the date indicated.
The Local Government Board recently approved for the second time the initiation and processing of the tender procedure and the administrative clauses for the award, by open procedure, of the special administrative contract for the operation of said service.
According to the Councilor for Recruitment, Ana Cánovas, this procedure starts after the completion of the contract so far and whose public service is linked to the municipal park, with a mandatory provision in municipalities with more than 5,000 inhabitants.
Every interested entrepreneur can submit a proposal and establish a minimum annual fee of 9,600 euros, with a maximum initial lack of up to 12 months from the end of the contract.
The contract winner must meet the aforementioned canon in natural quarterly periods in advance by direct debit from a bank.
The duration of the contract will be of ten years and may be extended for annual periods up to a maximum of fifteen years of validity of the contract, including extensions, according to the contracting mayor.
