Councilman Municipal People's City of Totana, José María Sánchez Pascual, presented late yesterday his resignation in the municipal register "for personal reasons" and waived his record of mayor in the municipal corporation.
Sánchez Pascual attended the Popular Party candidate in the last municipal elections last May in the sixth position and was the first time that integrated the municipal public activity.
In addition, he is retired military and is 49 years old;
and currently he plays the headquarters of the Association of Civil Protection Volunteers in Totana, where it remains since 2004.
José María Sánchez Pascual was in opposition since last June that started the new legislature, which are part of the eight aldermen of the PP and the only Citizen-Party of the Citizenship.
In the nomination followed Josefa Maria Sanchez Mendez (Special Education teacher, 38 years), who has been a councilor of the Municipal Corporation from 2003 to 2015, managing different areas such as Education, Celebration, Social Welfare, Women and Youth, among others.
The Municipal Corporation of Totana is composed of 21 councilors, of which 6 are win-Totana Izquierda Unida, 6 Socialist Party and Popular Party 8 1 C's-Party of Citizenship.
