| As the joint motion to carry out an institutional recognition of the Lieutenant of the Civil Guard, Bernardo Vivas González | The Plenary of the Totana City Council celebrates this Thursday ordinary session corresponding to the month of September, starting at 8:00 p.m., with a total of 11 points on the agenda, such as the joint motion to carry out an institutional recognition of the Lieutenant of the Civil Guard, Bernardo Vivas González; and the proposed modification of the Municipal Ordinance regulating the installation of hospitality terraces on public roads.In addition, the motions of the Popular Municipal Group to request a local and regional campaign to promote safe consumption in the commerce and hospitality of Totana, as well as institutional recognition, will be discussed; and request an Urgent Action Plan to combat insecurity in Totana.The Popular Group has filed other motions urging the National Government to tax VAT on sanitary masks at the super-reduced rate of 4%; and another to declare a state of economic emergency to the hotel and commercial sector, and apply said measures to alleviate said situation.The PP has presented a final motion for the City Council to strictly carry out the inspection and initiation of files for non-compliance with the measures adopted by the Autonomous Community to face the health crisis situation due to COVID-19 .Likewise, the Municipal Socialist Group has raised a motion for the Government team to initiate talks with the Government Delegation to provide the municipality of Totana with a National Police Station.Finally, the motions of the Mixed Municipal Group (Citizens) regarding adhesion to the Telematic Consumer Arbitration Board and another for the development of a specific Aid Plan for the nightlife sector will be addressed.
