The Local Government Board has recently agreed to sign an agreement with the Collective for Social Promotion "El Candil" to carry out the project "Easter Holidays School2020", to be held on 6, 7, 8, 13 , April 14, 15, 16 and 17, 2020.
This project is organized in view of the need to enable the development of free time activities during the period of school vacations as well as to facilitate fathers and mothers reconciliation between work, family and personal life in these holiday seasons.
The project is aimed at children enrolled in the second cycle of early childhood education (3-6 years) or Primary Education (from 6 to 12 years) and this agreement will be valid from February 24 to April 17, whose number of places offered will be 60.
The initiative is promoted from the Department of Youth in view of the need to enable the development of free time activities during the period of school holidays aimed especially at children and youth in the municipality, facilitating the reconciliation between work and family life for parents and staff in these holiday seasons.
The Department of Youth will collaborate with an aid of 500 euros and technical and infrastructural support for its implementation;
and the mayor, Juan José Cánovas, and the president of the "El Candil" Collective, María Ginesa Rubio, will sign the collaboration agreement in the near future.
