The Collective for Social Promotion "El Candil" starts in Totana a Basic Computer Course for participants of the Labor Project, a step towards employability.

A total of 15 people unemployed and in a situation of social vulnerability are benefiting from this training action.

The main objective of this training is to improve the technological skills of the participants, equipping them with the necessary skills and getting them to know how to work in this field.

To do this, an introduction to the use of the computer and email is made, as well as the Office Package: Windows Environment, Word Word Processor, Graphical Presentations with PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheet and Internet and Networks.

This course is part of the training activities developed by the Project "LABOR: A step towards employability", an initiative that is co-financed by the Murcian Institute of Social Action by 20% and by the European Social Fund by 80%.

This project aims to inform, train and guide unemployed people, and socially vulnerable situations, on aspects related to access to the world of work.

This initiative aims to support the labor insertion process of those people who actively seek a change in their unemployment situation and find themselves with special difficulties to achieve it.
