GABRIEL 4th IN THE NATIONAL TOP 8.

This weekend has been played in Alicante the Top 8 National Youth.

Gabriel started from the 4th position of the national ranking and that was the position he finally occupied after facing the other 7 classifieds.

In his first year of alevín he finished the totanero this competition with 4 defeats and 3 victories.

This category was won by Daniel Berzosa from Burgos who proved to be above his rivals by winning all his matches.

II AUTONOMOUS OPEN.

At the same time, the II autonomic Open of the season was held in the CAR of Los Alcázares.

On Saturday morning they did the categories benjamín, alevín and infantil in which Cesar Tejedor, Cayetano Rodríguez and Alejandro López managed to get on the podium.

Cesar in the Benjamin category was third after a great championship in which also participated in our Club Víctor Vélez, Alex Martínez and Adrián Ruíz.

In alevines Cayetano gave the surprise and planted himself brilliantly in the final that yielded to Catevilla de Mazarron.

Pepe Carreño was eliminated in the quarterfinals precisely by Cayetano.

On the other hand, Alejandro was third, reaching the semifinal where he was eliminated in a good match by the champion.

IN JUVENILES SANTIAGO MENDEZ CHAMPION.

In the youth category, Santiago Méndez was brilliant in the final where he won 3-1 against Victor Sanchez de el Palmar.

The other youth of our club, Domingo passed the first phase well but was later eliminated in the quarterfinals.

In the category veterans two totaneros, Domingo Méndez and Vicente Carreño, reached the semifinals being eliminated the two having to settle for fighting for the third place that finally went to Vicente 3-1.

NEXT WEEKEND INDIVIDUAL AUTONOMOUS CHAMPIONSHIP.

Next weekend will be played one of the last tests of the season.

Also in the facilities of CAR de los Alcázares the Autonomic Individual Championship will be played in which different players of the Totana club will take part in search of the title of Autonomic Champion.

Saturday 26 in the morning will be the benjamin and infant tests.

In the afternoon there will be the categories juvenile, juvenile, sub 23 and veterans and on Sunday 27 the absolute tests female and male.
