The Minister of the Presidency and Finance, Javier Celdrán, stressed that "the last time a similar aid was launched was in 2010, but we wanted to make an economic effort because we believe that the audiovisual sector of the Region of Murcia can be greatly strengthened and move forward in its adaptation to an increasingly demanding technological scenario.

Furthermore, the sector's own associations had agreed on the importance of implementing this measure ". The subsidy, articulated through the General Directorate of Corporate Informatics, will allow the creation of content adapted to the current audiovisual market.
