Por último, también se han acordado una serie de medidas sectoriales, de carácter temporal, aplicables a los centros de política social.- Entre estas medidas podemos destacar, en relación con las residencias de personas mayores y viviendas tuteladas de personas con discapacidad, la restricción de las visitas salvo supuestos excepcionales, y limitadas a zonas exteriores o habilitadas al efecto.- La suspensión de los ingresos, reingresos y traslados de residentes y usuarios salvo casos de emergencia social, o la limitación de las salidas terapéuticas y visitas médicas, siempre acompañados de un profesional, extremando las medidas de prevención e higiénico sanitarias.- Asimismo, permanecerán cerrados los centros de día de personas mayores, cuyos usuarios recibirán el servicio mediante atención telefónica, telemática y/o la atención presencial en el domicilio o entorno.- Todos los centros sociales permanecerán cerrados, quedando suspendida la prestación de los servicios de podología y peluquería que actualmente se encuentran prestando los servicios.- Para los centros de día con para personas con discapacidad y Servicios de Promoción de la Autonomía Personal, la actividad presencial se limitará a grupos muy reducidos (2-3 personas), preferentemente para aquellos usuarios que, por su situación socio familiar, precisen ser atendidos.- Y para los centros de desarrollo infantil y atención temprana, se mantendrá su actividad presencial, a excepción de aquellos centros en los que se declare algún positivo en COVID-19 en trabajadores o personas usuarias, en cuyo caso, será estudiado por los servicios sanitarios.
