| How to face an interview or use the internet to look for a job are some of the skills that unemployed people can improve in the eleven actions that will start this month | Those interested should contact the Office of Advanced Services for Job Search (Knowledge) of Murcia The Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) will not interrupt this summer its programming of free workshops on job search techniques and will launch a total of 11 sessions this August.
These training pills are intended for the unemployed who wish to acquire new strategies and skills to find work. The Office of Advanced Services for Job Search (Oficina Saber, located in Murcia) is in charge of teaching these workshops throughout the year, which, in just two hours, give key participants to improve their job search teaching them, for example, how to write an attractive resume, how to handle a job interview or how to use the Internet to find a job. One of the strengths of this program is its flexibility since it is organized monthly around independent workshops focused on a specific search tool or technique, so that the participant himself chooses whether to follow one or all of the content that is addressed, depending of the skill you need to enhance in your search process.
All of them are taught in small groups of no more than 15 participants. In this way, for example, a significant number of the Saber sessions that will be taught in August focus on providing attendees with basic computer skills to teach them how to use a computer, as well as providing them with the keys to using new technologies and Internet, for example, to get more out of the main job portals and social networks in order to enter the labor market. Another of the workshops that will be held this month is 'Discover your skills', very useful for those unemployed who need to design a more organized, coordinated job search according to their profile, both professional and personal. The Minister for Employment, Research and Universities, Miguel Motas, highlighted the usefulness of these workshops "as it allows us to help unemployed people to make their search more successful by bringing them closer to all the tools and resources they have available to look for work and many times unaware.
" Open enrollment Those interested in participating in any of these workshops should contact the Saber Office by going to its headquarters, which is at 27 Sagasta street, in Murcia, or by calling 968 29 35 00.
There they will inform you of the workshops scheduled for this month.
and how to formalize your registration.
The complete schedule can also be consulted on the sefcarm website The only requirement to participate in these workshops is to be registered as a job seeker in any SEF office, so they can be accessed by unemployed people of any age or level of education.
