General Catholic Action (ACG) of the Diocese of Cartagena has organized an online camp that will take place from July 20 to 25.
The objective of this virtual meeting is "to respond to young people in this atypical summer" in which most activities have been suspended due to the pandemic.By using applications such as WhatsApp and other virtual platforms, they will offer the possibility of being united, sharing spaces for personal prayer, reflections, as well as other activities.
ACG invites young people to participate in this summer activity "so that they remain connected with the one who comforts and sustains us." During the xTi online camp, the participants will be provided with all the material so that, freely and without schedules, they can find three times a day to carry out the morning prayer, the reflection of the day and the evening prayer.
Other scheduled activities will be virtual meetings that participants can carry out "in a simple and participatory way" from their mobile devices. In the previous days there will be meetings in the parishes of the youth groups with the celebration of the Eucharist, which will be broadcast through the ACG YouTube channel.
The virtual camp will end on July 25 with a mass that is also invited to participate in person. These summer activities are aimed at young people over 15 years old, who can register until July 13.
