Juver Food workers, both factory and logistics, will receive a salary supplement of € 250 each, in recognition of the effort they are making these days against the Coronavirus crisis and their commitment to the company.
Juver is a juice producing company for the entire national territory, located in Murcia, and like all food and beverage companies, it has been declared essential by the government in the measures adopted by the Council of Ministers and therefore must continue its production, but it has to do it complying with the maximum safety protocols and taking care of its workers.
Juver Food, with the aim of ensuring supply and the supply chain, has kept its plant staff operating, which is at maximum production capacity since the state of alarm was decreed, since consumers were demanding food and drinks in its stores and the food chain as a whole has kept the assortment at all times.
Similarly, the company has implemented and adopted all the hygienic and biosafety measures contained in the protocol issued by the Ministry of Labor, aimed at the industrial and commercial sector, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and guarantee health of the workers and the total supply of products for their clients.
In this sense, Juver Food is a pioneer in occupational health and safety at the national and international level, since it has had ISO 45001: 2018 certification for Occupational Safety and Health for two years, which guarantees safe and healthy work environments for all its employees and collaborators.
This action is part of those carried out by Juver Alimentación in matters of corporate social responsibility, in this case directed towards its own employees, who are the company's main capital.
