The Local Minister of Neighbour Relations, Juan Carrión, within the round of contacts with the neighbours of the municipality which is he is carrying out as the new head of this area, has had a meeting with neighbours from the “Era Alta” district and in the social housing of the “El Parral” district to solve the problems which exist in these zones and to move the needs to the different municipal areas to solve the deficiencies.

In concrete, during the day with the neighbours of the “Era Alta” district, Carrión promised to do work on and improvements to the accesses to the old institute “Juan de la Cierva” and clean and remodel the “Diego Manzano” garden . The entrance to which was the centre of studies and will be given a new pavement and the garden will be remodelled for improved use.

Juan Carrión also dealt with different themes such as the problems with student absenteeism for students who receive their training in the old institute and the water problems which the houses on Lima street, number 28 to 34, have.

On the other hand the Local Minister of Neighbour relations makes a bid for the reactivation of the active participation of neighbours of the Social Housing in “El Parral” with the start up of a neighbours association which promotes living together and the creation of associations among the residents of the zone. From the meeting held with these neighbours, various of them are presented voluntarily to form part of the new association.

Juan Carrión explained that they are going to make an effort to improve the common zones of these buildings and will be painting and installing lights in the common garage.
