The mayor of Youth, Josefa María Sánchez, explained that this is an open day to the participation of associations and groups in the municipality, political, municipal, interested young people, union representatives, businessmen, teachers, educators and professionals working in youth, among others.
During the morning's work will be a presentation where he will address the study on youth in Totana and present the draft Municipal Plan for Youth.
After this talk, through working groups, participants can contribute their opinions, analysis, suggestions and proposals about it.

Méndez Sánchez recalled that since the Youth Council is working on the development of a future Municipal Youth Plan "that aims to be a tool to be integrated into a single instrument, flexible public and all those measures to the care and promotion of young people in the town. "
The mayor explained that now it is already prepared the draft plan, in which they participated, through interviews and focus groups, council members, City Council staff, representatives of youth organizations and youth groups in the locality.
In this regard, he indicated that the starting point and theoretical framework that guided the design of this plan was done before through the Youth Survey of Totana promoted by the Department of Youth and the results are closer to reality young people of the municipality.
