Rare Disease Association of the Region of Murcia D'Genes in collaboration with the Association Quad Totana Action organized by the second year running a route on Quads by the place of the Espuña.
On Sunday 24 January, held a framed activities within the acts being carried out by the World Day for Rare Diseases, a path in the area Quad Espuña.
Participants enjoyed a pleasant route along the nature reserve of Sierra Espuña and besides practicing their hobby demonstrated their solidarity with those affected by a solidarity contribution of 10 euros to assist D'Genes.
In addition, members of the Association Quad Totana Action posed with the official poster for the World Day for Rare Diseases.
Quad Action President Totana, Diego Carrion, expressed his desire to join the initiatives that can give visibility to the struggle to improve the quality of life for those affected by rare diseases, claiming the need to create focal points at state and highlight the need to improve research in the fight against rare diseases.
Diego Carrión also devoted a few words to congratulate the outstanding work that the Association D'Genes are carried out and reiterated the interest of the Partnership Action Quad Totana to participate in any initiative that could support people suffering from these diseases in the municipality of Totana specifically and regional level.
