The traditional twisted roll of kings giant carried out in the town because of the holidays this year, as in the previous edition, will be set up with a charitable purpose, to contribute to research and the fight against cancer through Spanish Association Against Cancer.
The roulade is going to be developed by the Association of Pastry Totana (aspartic acid) and shall be made in the Constitution Square from 18:00 on Monday 28 December.
This year is expected to exceed 140 sweet meters long and is distributed over 5,000 servings.
Its preparation used about 250 kilos of flour, 150 kilos of sugar, 20 kilos of baking powder, 60 kilos of butter, 100 gallons of milk, 60 kilos of fruit glazed and 300 liters of heavy cream.
