A total of 33 children of Totana, aged between 7 and 13 years, participated in Scout Regional Meeting, held in Puerto Lumbreras on Saturday April 25 this year to commemorate the feast of St. George.
The group of children belonging to the Club for Children and Youth Social Revitalization Project for Children and Youth of the Youth Council of the Collective for Social Promotion "The Candle" develops in the town of Totana.
Around 2,000 young people gathered in the neighboring town and among the activities planned and developed workshops, games and visits to various parts of the town to learn about the culture and traditions of Puerto Lumbreras.
This visit was framed within the county program "Area 36" through which other groups have invited non-Scout groups in order to make known directly made and what activities they participate in conjunction with other children and girls from different municipalities of the Region.
