The Youth Housing Office of the City of Totana, a service that offers free information and advice on any questions on housing and is located in the Sociocultural Centre "Jail" has received over the past year more than 350 consultations .
These consultations, conducted by about 200 people who have gone through this service, depending on its content can be broken down into several sections, such as aid in the purchase of housing (106 queries) Government assistance in housing rental (97 visits), 5 queries economic content, legal content 2 queries and 147 queries thrust of access to housing and general information service.
The Youth Housing Municipal Office is open during the Monday morning from 10:00 to 14:00 and afternoon from 17:00 to 21:00, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 14:00 h.
The service is aimed at young people between 18 and 35 years, is mainly intended to serve the information that the young need to face the world of housing from a single window, free of charge and with as little bureaucracy as possible the young man can get the best and most comprehensive information and advice.
To accomplish these objectives, in addition to staff dedicated to information and guidance of the user, the service has a lawyer, an economist and an architect who is responsible for expert advice and personalized in their respective areas.
This service is offered through the collaboration of the Council of Totana the Youth Institute of the Autonomous Community.
