Totana People's Party will file a motion to the House of the Corporation, at the meeting for the month of January, which asks the General Council of the Judiciary and the Ministry of Justice to promote definitely a modernization process of justice and provide it with material resources, economic and human resources necessary for the proper performance of their important role in a democratic state of law.

In this regard, the Spokesman of the PP, José Antonio Valverde Reina, explained that justice is a fundamental pillar of any rule of law and now in Spain is causing serious harm to the rights of citizens.

Queen Valverde emphasized that the failure to meet the expectations of citizens in justice calls into question the very functioning of the Spanish democratic system.

During these days it has been shown through media that the unrest has spread from citizens to the judges.

So, as in the opinion of the PP, the modernization of justice is something urgent and necessary to expedite the work so you can meet the expectations of citizens in judicial matters.

Valverde Reina has also insisted that they estimate that more than 2,500,000 cases that are unresolved in the Spanish judicial system.

For this reason, from the Popular Municipal Group calls on judges to be corresponsabilicen and not again paralyze the process of trials.

Also, the Spokesman stressed that one can not require the General Council of the Judiciary and the Ministry of Justice to promote decisively to modernize the Spanish courts.
