The Immigration Service Totana City Council has launched a "cultural cooking workshop, which is taught every Thursday in the Socio-Cultural Center" The Jail "from seven in the afternoon until nine at night.

This activity, which is developing a weekly basis throughout the month on the premises of the cultural center "Jail", is intended to rapprochement and interaction among neighbors of different cultures through knowledge of its most characteristic dishes and kitchen .

This workshop has the participation of people from Morocco, Bolivia, Ecuador and Spain, which are distributed in different groups.

During the first two weeks the focus has been about Spanish cuisine and Moroccan cuisine, the next two weeks will be conducted workshops for Bolivian and Ecuadorian cuisine.
