The Youth Council of the City of Totana OKA with the Association of Alternative Entertainment, has been developing for more than seven consecutive years, an alternative entertainment program aimed at adolescents and youth in the municipality with ages from 12 years to be develops during the weekends and has an average participation of more than fifty young people.
These activities are conducted mainly in Sociocultural Center Jail during all weekends, Fridays and Saturdays from 20:00 to 24:00 and Sunday from 18:00 to 22:00 hours.
This season has been renovated with respect to activities of other years, to develop numerous workshops (play-station II, dreadlocks, massage, kitchen, braided Zulu, sundials, comedy night, an indoor pool, rock climbing, tattoos sign language, barbecue, badminton, etc..) film, competitions, festivals, travel, etc.
The Program Totana Night "put an end to the season before the summer season with the organization of a big farewell party at the Owl Pub, where more than 100 people enjoyed all the activities and workshops so raised Free.
The average users of the program participants and over 50 young people daily, and many times on the 100, where the time zone with the highest number of participation the fall, usually between 21:00 hours and 23:00 hours.
During the last schedule of activities, "Totana of Night" has enjoyed the cooperation of different local associations: Collective for Social Promotion candle, Murcia Welcomes, MIFITO, The Unicorn Badminton Club, etc.
Furthermore, OKA Association, and the "Totana de Noche", participated in other events during this period, participating, once again, the local village associations, and multilateral exchange conducted with young in other countries: Germany, Ireland, Italy, France and Bulgaria.
The Department of Youth, in partnership with the OKA, plans to resume for Programme and alternative leisure activities for the month of October to complete the current year.
