The Sports Council held on Friday May 16, a session of interval training, based on the combination of high and low exercise intensity, which was developed at the Municipal Indoor Pool, an activity within the framework of specific activities the program offered free for this season.

For next Friday, May 23, the proposed activities will be a GAP session (from 20:30 to 21:30) and a polo (from 21:30 to 22:30 hours).

The GAP is an activity that specifically work the glutes, abs and legs.

It develops in a small vessel and is a high-intensity activity.

As for "Waterpolo" All those interested can register, as well as the previous activity, it is not a closed group but anyone can participate.

The Sports Council recalls that the registration is free and can be performed from Monday through Thursday prior to the activity in the customer service desk of the pool until one day before the scheduled activity, being the limited space.
