The Board assessed yesterday CEBAG convenience of the request made by its chairman at the beginning of this week, to hold an urgent meeting with the Mayor and municipal government team Totana, following the held last October in which some issues to discuss and deepen, especially on some aspects that must define the government team, as the quantification of municipal debt, as well as specific instruments of participation remained on the table to generate a broad debate with political, economic and social institutions of the municipality, on the definition of the strategic model of economic and social development for the coming decades Totana.
CEBAG Board believes, however, that any agreement or decision on the PGMO must occur after and subject to the outcome of that debate and consensus on economic and strategic model of city and municipality, since otherwise it could become a mortgaged discussion and meaningless.
Since CEBAG want to remember that both the Confederation and its integrated Associations have the empowerment and representation of thousands of citizens of Totana, which have submitted more than twelve thousand claims to the latest version of the PGMO approved solo with the votes of PP 2,014 last December.
So - as manifested from CEBAG- would be very disappointed if the government team conducive to building, directly or indirectly, approval and referral to Murcia-called "technical" deficiencies of the Plan to facilitate the possible final approval by the Government Regional;
prior to agreeing on the economic and strategic development model town character.
