The Local Government Board has recently approved the proposal of Councillor for Finance and Contracting giving the green light to the Plan of Safety and Health for which he will be allowed to proceed to the execution of works of arrangement and design of several streets of the town that are more deteriorated by a total of 32,455 euros.
These works will be undertaken by the Department of Services and Infrastructure, and have recently been awarded to the company "Asphalt Pavement Lario, SL".
The proceedings consist of the asphalt paving of the streets and the Hortelanos Cruz, Santa Rita, Piqueras from John XXIII to Guillen, Carmen to track and Medium Street Doctor Lopez Ibor.
These streets have a very strong run down which is a danger to the movement of vehicles and pedestrians, so that these works are intended to improve road safety and traffic conditions.
The works include milling work the entire surface to be paved and the subsequent spread of a surface layer of asphalt mix four centimeters thick and flush placement of manhole covers affected by the paving.
