The Department of Sports reports that last Saturday took place November 21 Phase Local Badminton School Sports, organized by the Sports Council and the Badminton Club in the School Hall, which had a participation of 120 schools from the juvenile, infant, cadet and youth from different schools of the town categories.
The final winners in the different categories were: Alejandro López López (La Milagrosa) in male juvenile;
José María Romero Canovas (Reina Sofia) in juvenile female;
Casey Clatworthy (Juan de la Cierva), male infant;
Laura Garcia Marin (Prado Mayor) in female children;
Miguel Angel Lopez Lopez (Prado Mayor) in male cadet;
Joaquín Pascual Canovas (Juan de la Cierva) in male juvenile;
and Lidia Maria Sanchez Tudela (Prado Mayor) in female youth category
This local Badminton phase concluded with the presentation of trophies to the top three finishers in each of the categories, the Councillor for the City Maintenance and Infrastructure, Victor Balsas Canovas
and President of the Badminton Club Totana, Pedro Sanchez.
In addition, the best students classified ads in this school competition will have the opportunity to participate in the Regional Phase Badminton School Sports, organized by the Directorate General of Sports in the Region of Murcia.
