Two young men are doing their training European labor practices in the city of Totana under the "Eurodyssey Programme", a community initiative to promote professional training and facilitate their access to the labor market, according to sources from the departments of Training and Business and Youth, respectively.
The "Eurydice" project was a program created by the Assembly of European Regions (AER) which aims to enable young Europeans, between 18 and 30 years of age, have a formative stay in a European region by work placements and training.
Young, a Portuguese national and a French origin, they carry out their professional work of entrepreneurial-business consultant in Municipal Water and technical informer tourism in the Office of Tourism Totana.
Totana Town Council has participated in the "Eurodyssey Programme" in its call for 2015, by request of two positions to be filled by young Europeans.
In both cases, the implementation of these practices have a duration of five months from June to October.
The main objective of "Eurydice" is to provide young people from the participating regions in it, any professional experience and, in turn, give them the opportunity to learn a foreign language or improve their knowledge about it.
