The Local Government Board of Totana Town Council recently approved the statement of economic and administrative legal provisions governing the tender and award the contract to undertake the rehabilitation of the Business Incubator, located in the industrial park "The Saladar" with a total of 180,226.18 euros, financed with FEDER funds of the European Union.
The rehabilitation works of the Business Incubator aim to achieve the creation of a meeting and respect of people, ideas, traders and companies, where technology and innovation to work to generate new business opportunities.
With this contract is to rehabilitate the existing building to be able to accommodate a specific program needs to provide the area an architectural and urban solution.
Contracting the service is co-financed with FEDER funds of the European Union, which financed 80% of the investment, through the intermediate body INCYDE Foundation as manager of the funds, the city of Totana providing the remaining 20%.
The award of this contract will be the open, ordinary processing, which may submit proposals every employer interested.
The deadline for execution of works shall be sixty days from the completion of the verification act of staking;
and offers those interested should logically be adjusted as provided in the statement.
