The Full Council of Totana agreed yesterday to win votes for Totana IU, PSOE, PP C'sy abstention, a study of municipal companies Promoting Industrial Land and Housing (PROINVITOSA) and Special Center Employment (CEDETO) to initiate proceedings to merge the two, aiming to achieve cost savings.
This merger calls for ensuring the labor rights of all workers in both countries, so that the study must be submitted to the mayor before September 30 of this year.
In addition, he realized resolution mayoral approval of the liquidation of the relevant municipal budget for the accounting year 2014.

This will allow the recovery and restoration of holidays and night allowances specified in the Collective Agreement Framework and the City of Totana Agreement, extending it to all municipal civil servants.
The agreement to lift the suspension of the special conference that agreed in plenary on 28 June 2012 is twofold workers at the level of financial remuneration and compensation in free time, respectively.
The agreement is set initially from July 2015 to February 2016 (at which time further negotiations towards restoring the amount indicated in the Framework Agreement shall be brought) to 2.50 euros / night or holiday time because of current economic situation.
This is without prejudice to consider the return of the night and feast paid to 4.50 euros as stated in the framework agreement in force.
In addition, it is expected a day off work for six night and a day off from work for three public holidays worked so well that the days worked on Friday nights will be considered festive.
Also, as a sign of goodwill and the agreement reached by both parties the special days of the Framework Agreement for employees who perform service or the night of 24 December (Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) 31 are restored;
so they will also be compensated with a day off to enjoy in the coming year.
Cancellation planning agreements
Finally, it was agreed unanimously consensual resolution of concerted agreement zoning of building land at the "Place of the Snake" agreement C-20 and the proposals of the Town Planning declaring the impossibility of compliance planning agreements C-50 and C-11, respectively, which pose a serious economic damage to the municipal coffers.
Outside the agenda, the House approved the joint motion to request the Company for Integrated Rural Development to include the municipality, in all the borders, as beneficiary of the EAFRD territory against the possibility of extending the land area as a zone Leader for the period 2014/2020.
