Which is subject to public information for twenty days, to any natural or legal person may examine the case and present any allegations deemed pertinent (Art. 11 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2008 of June 20, and 86 of Law 30/92).

Extraordinary and urgent session to approve various agreements.
The Local Government of the City of Totana, in extraordinary and urgent meeting held on May 21, 2015, resolved to approve the following resolutions:
- Declaration of non-compliance of the planning agreement of transfer of land in exchange for increased use in C / Station, Avda de Mazarrón and others (Convention C-1)..
- Statement resolution Sectorization planning agreement of developable land in property located in Dip.
The Paretón, Spot Viña Larga, for failure by the signatory of the obligations arising therefrom, (C-68 Convention).
- Declaration of non-compliance of the urban planning agreement for obtaining land TotanaMazarrón bound motorway (C-48 Convention).
- Declaration of impossibility of performance of concerted planning agreement zoning of building land in a farm located at Paraje Las Stables, (Convention C-98).
Which are subject to public information for twenty days to any natural or legal person may examine the procedure, and present any arguments it deems appropriate (Art. 11 of Royal Decree Law 2/2008 of June 20, and 86 of Law 30/92).
