On Friday May 22 took place in Lorca, the Regional School Athletics Final Sport, organized by the Directorate General of Youth and Sports of the Region of Murcia, which included the participation of schools Reina Sofía and La Cruz, Youngsters category, and where we must highlight the excellent results obtained by Sergio Esteban Martinez (La Cruz), who won the silver medal in the shot put event;
and the bronze medal in the test of 60 meters, won by Cristina Martínez Martínez (Reina Sofia).
With the delivery of trophies and medals to the best classified by the Director General of Sports, Antonio Peñalver Asensio, concluded this regional final Athletics.
The men's team of Colegio La Cruz was composed by Sergio Esteban, Ayoub Kaddouri, Angel Martinez, Imad Hagbi and Eduardo Lopez;
while the women's team consisted of Paula Garcia, Ana Porlán, Alba Serrano, Cristina Martinez, Carmen Escarabajal, Cristina Canovas.
Evidence of this school competition were shot put, high jump, long jump, 60 meters, 500 meter sprint and relay 4x60 meters.
