The exhibition "Conquering the prison walls" shows from now permanently story building Jail with photographic and iconographic recreation.
Visitors can learn about the different uses that has been given to this building;
the design of the architect who built the building, Justo Millán;
Judge Arturo Camacho Ramos, and their involvement in Totana;
life in prison;
tribute to the victims;
and its transformation into Socio-Cultural Center.
This exhibition, as explained Councillor for Culture, Alfonso Cayuela, is a response to public demand, he wanted to know the history of the building of the Jail.
Given this, the head of the municipal library, Isabel Román;
Embodies Guerao;
Official Chronicler of Totana, Juan Canovas Mulero;
the municipal archivist, Mari Carmen Crespo;
Pedro Cánovas Garre, Computer City Council;
and the coordinator of Culture, Justa Pérez, went to work in this cultural project.
The Mayor of Totana, Isabel Maria Sanchez, who thanked the collaboration of all municipal employees who have made an "extraordinary" work to make this cultural space in a new resource locating a new point for guided tours.
This space along the new museum of church tower is running, leads the visitor to make a magnificent tour of the historic event of the town.
In addition to a guided tour has developed a computer-audioguide application to perform a diffusion through the network and have an attractive tool for visitors.
