The Department of Environment report new cases that may affect companies, industries and facilities to applying for obtaining the Integrated Environmental Authorisation (AAI) in accordance with the deadlines established for that purpose by Law 16 / 2002, to July 1, integrated prevention and control of pollution.
The new assumptions under AAI were introduced mainly in the sectors related to combustion plants, mineral industries, chemical industries, waste management, from wood industry, food industry, industry of wood preservation and Water Treatment .
