The renovation and adaptation of argárico site of "La Bastida" that come rushing in recent months, with funding from the European Funds "Leader", has entered its final stage of implementation and have a budget of 91,878 euros.
The mayor, Isabel Maria Sanchez, and the Councillor for Popular Culture, Alfonso Cayuela, today visited the site accompanied by various municipal technicians to see first hand the development and implementation status of the same
The actions are being undertaken by the company 'Asphalt Pavement Larios' and will allow access to adapt the reception of visitors to the site, as well as the parking area for tourists and individual vehicles and groups.
In addition, they have created various green areas by landscaping of parking and other immediate access to buildings and populated areas;
and has built a botanical garden with species argárica time.
This project also includes the definition of the communication path between the buildings and the area of ​​the archaeological site of the piedmont through a security perimeter for visitors and passers-by, and proceeded to protection by dense fenced area which is bounded by the Ramblas piedmont area, respectively.
