The Youth Council of the City of Totana offer to the youth of the town the opportunity to continue their education in the field of leisure time, through a course of Director of Leisure Time may well make a new second-level training activity.
Course Director of Leisure officially credited for professional performance in management and coordination of activities for children and youth educational time, thus fulfilling the recent entry into force of Decree n. ° 80/2013 of 26 July establishing youth leisure activities and free time in the territory of the Region of Murcia are regulated.
The course consists of a total of 200 hours of theory and practice and a practical phase of 100 hours.
The course contents are distributed in 5 areas: sociocultural area, psychology area, area planning and management techniques and activities area and specific area of Tourism and Environment.
Briefly contents cover aspects: culture, leisure, education and recreation, environment, sociology of childhood and youth associations and youth institutions and leisure, evolutionary development, sex education and affective , health education, environmental education, group, legislation, planning, resource management, health and safety, information and communication, techniques of sports and leisure entertainment, outdoor skills, development and present state of ecotourism, economic importance and social tourism, tourism and environmental resources Totana, factors of tourism and types of tourist areas.
The course will begin on September 19, 2014 and end on January 24, 2015, performing the Friday evening and Saturday morning and afternoon.
Will be taught by faculty from the School of Animation & Leisure Education in the Factory, with the Regional School of Entertainment and Recreation in the Region of Murcia will issue the corresponding title.
The course is priced at € 260 and can be paid in three installments.
