Totana City Council today joined the call of the Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) to observe a minute of silence in mourning for the assassination of the president of the council of Leon, Isabel Carrasco.
The Mayor of Totana, María Isabel Sánchez and the municipal corporation and employees of the City held a minute of silence at noon in front of the Hall building to express their opposition to the violent death of Isabel Carrasco, who was also a councilor Leon Hall.
In addition, the flags were placed at half mast as a sign of mourning.
