The Hikers Club of Totana made this weekend a route to Veleta in Sierra Nevada.
33 participants started from La Hoya de la Mora and managed to summit after overcoming a 850 m level, 14 km and six hours and a half hours
For this route was necessary to use own material snow (crampons and ice axes).
The day started calm and sunny, but over half day started very strong gusts of wind, hampering the return.
The path ended about 17:30, after a well-deserved refreshments, returned to Totana.
