COATO put into operation last week a new facility intended primarily industrial fryer to fry almonds, but also can be processed all kinds of nuts and other products.
This new facility complements existing capacity substantially, in order to meet the demand for fried almond destined for the domestic market and the growing interest of foreign markets.
The new facility nuts fryer is able to process up to 10 metric tons of almonds a day.
The features and functions of the system were presented to the management team COATO by the production manager.
While COATO President explained that this facility is part of the strategic actions of the company, move more and more in the level of processing of raw materials, in this case almond-producing partners.
While deepening the process of packaging the product, to achieve progressively to the final consumer, small format packaging product, trying to take on roles and values added so far developed other companies, so they can have a positive impact on partners-producers.
