The full City Council today approved Totana, in extraordinary session, with the votes in favor of and against the PP PSOE and IU-Greens, the planned adjustment in the second provider payment plan that includes Royal Decree Law 4 / 2013, of 22 February, and that will repay the outstanding municipal debt to a total of 85 groups and associations or companies that did not respond to the previous program, amounting in total to EUR 962 908.
