Service users of Solid Waste collection evidencing their waste removal by an authorized agent may request the City Council modulating the fee.

This will apply between a reduction in the rate between 10 and 40 percent, depending on the meter installation company and the number of people working in the same order to adjust the rate to the actual volume of waste they cause.

For this modulation has cash value in the pay period of 2013, users must apply before March 31 via a check in the Citizens Advice service.
