The signatories, template components Municipal Water Company of Totana URBASER SA until September 2012, we went through this writing, public opinion to clarify the accusations that have been made against our colleague, John Jose Canovas Canovas.
We do not intend to enter into polemics explain policies and whether the career, personal and as companion Juan José by those who have tried and shared work for several years.

Juan José Cánovas, has been a co-worker, always looking for collaborative work organizing and promoting the good atmosphere among colleagues in improving the service and troubleshooting service users.

Like us, has always been at the orders of superiors, without any privilege above anybody in the Template Totana Water Service.

Juan José Cánovas, has never charged a single concept above the collective agreement governing labor relations between workers and companies in the water sector.

As steward and prevention, chosen by us in voting, defended our rights to the company and even raised some conflicts if the company did not fulfill its obligations.

As for the claim that "did not pay the water" all employees affected by the collective agreement of waters in the Region of Murcia, have the right that companies (and other entities), to take charge of their consumption housing as part of the Convention and a privilege never strange as it is regulated by the Labour Relations.
In this case, Juan José Cánovas, has had the same treatment as other employees of the Service.
With respect to all people, we want to make clear these issues, showing our solidarity with a fellow who always said to us and to the people who have been treated at work.
