The full City Council today approved Totana, with votes in favor of and against the PP PSOE and IU-Greens, the municipal budget for 2013 amounting to EUR 27.3 million and an increase of six million over the previous year, to reinstate the municipal coffers new management Municipal Water and Sewage.
The general budget of 2012 ending already fallen in four million euros compared to the previous, adding 21 million euros.
The corporate agreed unanimously to grant the title favorite daughter of the Loyal and Noble City Totana Maria Francisca Ros Fernández "Ladybug Fonda" by attending in person all the qualities and merits that make it worthy of this honor and distinction.
Also approved, with the votes in favor of the PP and the PSOE and IU abstention-Green, the final wording of the text of the Amendment Ordinance Regulating Municipal Roads in the municipality of Totana.

Municipal political groups
The Plenary approved the motion of the Popular Party, with the votes for the PP and PSOE and IU-Greens abstaining, to ask the Government of the Region of Murcia designing a recruitment plan for new businesses or business projects in these municipalities and request the Government of the Region of Murcia developing a program to promote entrepreneurship in the municipalities of Totana, Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras.
Similarly, the motion was approved PP, unanimously, to ask the Government of Spain to create a credit line extension with subsidized interest, for the repair or replacement of facilities and equipment that have been damaged as a result of other catastrophic events, through the Official Credit Institute (ICO), as State Financial Agency, as well as several amendments to improve the opposition groups.
In relation to the movements of IU-Greens, was on the table the motion to create an ecumenical space in the sanctuary of the holy and approved an amendment to the entire PP on the motion proposing the annulment of court fees.
So, was approved to proceed to the elimination of fees and if there be merely testimonial, that the payment of court costs are charged to reckless or person who loses the trial, which encourages mediation and that if any , accrual is at the end of the trial and imputed to the person who loses in order to accelerate the same, thus creating a performance bonus.
Finally, they gave the green light to an amendment of the PP that came to replace the IU-Greens motion on amending the Royal Decree of November 2 to extend aid cases affected by floods in Lorca, Puerto Lumbreras and Totana .
