Over 60 children have participated in the Totana Summer School, organized by the Collective The Candle in collaboration with the Youth Council of the City of Totana, ended its activities on Tuesday July 31.
As a farewell and a finale, the participants, accompanied by monitors and a large number of parents, enjoyed on Friday 27 of a refreshing afternoon at the Municipal Pool Totana.
Attended by almost all participants in the Summer School, aged between 3 and 12.
This output was celebrated for the kids because it was an afternoon of fun living for themselves and their families, serving as liaison between the community of the Summer School, participants, parents and monitors.
This activity is part of the schedule of the Summer School to offer an alternative structured and quality for leisure and recreation of children during the summer.
In addition, this year has included educational support activity where young people can do homework under the supervision and assistance of the monitors.
These activities met the objectives set at the beginning of the summer school, with children and young people the true protagonists of the whole educational process.
