The Department of City Services and Infrastructure has undertaken in recent weeks repair work and maintenance of major ornamental elements listed in the House of General Aznar, located on the street Vidal Abarca, and that the City acquired the property in the previous legislature.
The branch councilor, Maria Jose Bedia, explained that there has been significant improvement and refurbishment work in bars, balconies, doors and windows of the main facade, the courtyard and inside the different rooms, some of which were badly damaged as a result of the passage of time and weather.
The work has been performed by trainees of different training modules from IES "Prado Mayor" and participants in the municipal program sponsored by the Department of Social Care and Education Participation on Social Inclusion (Forin).
This program aims to provide a response to the needs of disadvantaged people or social risk, through their participation in training in municipal utilities, such as indicated.
The work has been coordinated by one of the painters of the municipal warehouse.
