At 21.00 hours on day 14, and with the assistance of thirty members, was held at the Social Centre lounge Olimpico, Pears and Triptolemos, the Extraordinary General Assembly of the CAT.
Assembly who served in the first instance to introduce new members of the Board to all members in attendance, and which also outlined the way forward for this for the season 2011/2012.
Among other things, discussed the agenda for the next racetrack, Trotacaminos trophy, the emergence of a new trophy (named as yet undetermined) consisting careers attendance awards, possible federation of the Club, the Grand Prix Big Pond "Panzamelba "and the inclusion of training programs attended by coach.
A new feature was the initiative to encourage people to practice athletics, inviting anyone who wants to join other members of the Club and so this practice in a group sport, it was proposed to have two or three days a week.
Also addressed the issue of future agreements with other organizations and associations as well as the possible sponsorship of other companies.
To say that all the proposals made were approved by vote of those present.
Finally, we proceeded to turn to other business.
With all this, as you go closing agreements and specifying activities, will provide full account of all the partners.
Say from the new Board, which is open to any proposals and suggestions that any member may have and who you think interesting.
We also want to say we started this journey with enthusiasm and desire to do as well as they can, for that we want all the partners involved in as far as possible in this project.
And of course, to thank the previous Board for all these years that have been at the front of the ship, have set the bar very high, and that at least be maintained.
