The Municipal People will ask at the next regular full-October, through a motion to be activated urgently by the Government of Spain and by the end of the legislature called the "Lorca Plan" that includes aid to alleviate the damage caused by earthquakes of May 11.

The so-called "Plan Lorca," which has been drafted by the city of Lorca and the Regional Government, including proposals for investment of 1,650 million euros in this way to alleviate the damage caused by earthquakes.

The earthquake caused nine deaths, injured and nearly 300 direct and indirect damage estimated at around 1,200 million euros, and caused the demolition of more than a thousand homes and 25,000 homes were affected by the earthquakes in different degrees.

The historical and cultural heritage was seriously damaged, had to be closed eight schools and three institutes, cleared a geriatric hospital and all, like all sports and most municipal buildings.

Almost all the companies, industries and businesses were damaged in varying degrees.
