The Mayor of Totana, Isabel Maria Sanchez, and council of Agriculture, Diego Muñoz, and the mayor of Health, Eualia Sandoval, attended the inauguration of the National Week of Pigs (SEPOR) being held these days in Lorca learn firsthand the latest trends in one of the most important trade fairs held in Spain.
Policy-makers visited the exhibition in order to capture ideas that can be carried out in the town as it is working on a series of talks training through which ranchers and farmers can learn firsthand new techniques, products and machinery with which to achieve a more specialized product.
After the official opening which was chaired by the Minister of Agriculture and Water, Antonio Cerdá, a visit was made by units of the sample where they learned about new trends, equipment and products derived from this sector.
In addition, policy-makers moved to the exhibitors of entrepreneurs who have installed Totana at the fair.
Thus, they could also meet the needs of businesses in the area.
The Mayor of Totana, Isabel Maria Sanchez, said the group Totana agricultural and livestock sector is of great importance in the area and with the realization of a fair of this kind products are promoted and projects its image abroad.
