The Tourist Information Office in Totana has received over 2100 visits in person and requests for information by e-mail and phone since last January to July 31, 2011, most of them relating to both the City of Totana and its most emblematic monuments and sites, according to sources from the Department of Tourism.
Thus, this figure shows that most of the number of visits, 1030, were made by visitors to national and regional origin, while a total of 268 are of foreign origin.
The Tourist Office of Totana, is under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Region of Murcia and has been awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate.
The services provided at the Tourist Office, located in a municipal town hall of the main building, located on Main Street Seville, is information for tourists on local attractions, transport timetables, artisan workshops, requests on where to eat and sleep and everything related to the celebrations of the municipality, cultural and sports programs, and places of entertainment, respectively.
